ABOUT ME
"Contractor John"
I started remodeling in the 1970's and began building homes in the 1990's. During that period I picked up the nickname "Contractor John" and it stuck.
When I retired I dove into woodworking and several years later I added working with epoxy resin to my creations, and I discovered an artistic side of myself I never knew I had.
Today. I travel to various Art and larger crafts shows showcasing my creations. In 2022 I won the "Best In Show" award at the Liberty Art Fair in Morris Il. and in 2025 I won an "Award of Merit" from the Naperville Women's Club Fine Art and Artisan Festival
I love creating different types of pieces, and I especially like being commissioned to create a special piece for clients.
