This quality solid Maple and Walnut or Cherry accent cutting board, is individually hand crafted. It measures 11 1/2" wide by 17 1/2" long by 1 1/4" thick. (actual measurements may vary slightly) There are no feet on this board so you can use both sides for cutting or use 1 side for cutting and the other side for display. These Maple cutting boards are made from the edge grain of the wood balancing longevity and cost. The cutting board is pre-seasoned with food grade mineral oil and finished with a coat of CJ's wood butter, which is a blend of food grade mineral oil and natural bees wax. We recommend seasoning your board every 30 to 60 days depending on use. Care instructions are included with you board. CJ's wood butter and cutting board stands are also available for purchase.
